Update on Harbour Pointe - August 2008 The CCA is greatly concerned about the destruction of mangrove wetlands that would occur if the Harbour Pointe Development project is allowed to go forward as planned. The CCA and the Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation (SCCF) formally opposed the project in a public hearing recently conducted by the Lee County Hearing Examiner.
